習慣搭乘公車的通勤族注意！台北市交通局公共運輸處今天表示，為了規劃更符合民眾需求的公車服務，並減少民眾搭乘公車時不知道要上車付費或下車付費的困擾，雙北市公車收費模式，將改為上下車皆需刷卡，並分成兩階段實施，第一階段自2019年7月1日開始，屬於鼓勵期，民眾只要上下車刷卡，即可參加抽獎活動。公車族請注意了，台北市公共運輸處今天表示，為能規劃更符合民眾需求的公車服務，並減少民眾搭乘公車時不知道要上車付費或下車付費的困擾，雙北市公車收費模式將改為上下車皆須刷卡，並分為二階段實施。報系資料照 分享 facebook 台北市長期拋出「公車路線大調整」構想，卻遲遲未大刀闊斧處理，公運處表示，目前無法掌握民眾是上車刷卡、下車刷卡，未來透過新制，可以搜集更完整的運旅起迄資料，分析規劃更符合民眾需求的路線或班次規劃，可以更精準且一至性計算轉乘優惠時間。. } }); } 公運處指出，第一階段從2019年7月1日開始，實施初期為鼓勵民眾上下車刷卡，只要完成上下車刷卡1次，即可參加抽獎活動，完成的次數越多，中獎機率越高；第二階段從2020年2月1日開始，若民眾未完成上下車刷卡，將無法享有後續1次捷運、公車、YouBike轉乘優惠。公運處指出，採取上下車刷卡，若原公車路線屬於一段票，以刷全票為例，上車刷卡扣15元、下車刷卡扣0元，若公車路線屬於二段票，上車、下車刷卡皆扣15元，若公車路數於三段票，上車刷卡扣15元、下車刷卡扣30元，維持原有段次收費方式。媒體詢問，未來雙北公車採取上下車刷卡，是否跟跨基隆、桃園公車搞混？公運處解釋，國道客運很早就採取上下車刷卡，反而雙北長期採取段次計費，遲遲未跟進，現在雙北開始推動上下車刷卡，等於跟國道客運一樣，變成一致性的收費方式。至於民眾未完成上下車刷卡動作，是否鎖卡？怎因應習慣投現金的民眾？公運處表示，若民眾未完成上下車刷卡，政策第一階段不會受影響上班族省錢大作戰熱銷商品，但第二階段開始，無法必買介紹享有後續的捷運、公車、YouBike轉乘優惠，但不會鎖卡。台北市交通局副局長鄭佳良表示，雙北公車的乘客付現金比例很少僅佔7%，幾乎不用計；公運處補充，目前公車的前、後車門會顯示「上車收費」或「下車收費」，未來皆顯示「上下車請刷卡」，對於投現金的民眾，該上車頭錢就投，跟現況不變。鄭佳良也說，這算是習慣改變，現行的一段票，有些路線是上車刷卡、有些是下車刷卡，有各種不同規定，未來新制簡單化，上下車皆須刷卡，為了讓民眾刷卡行為改變，初期有獎勵措施。習慣搭乘評價比價公車的通勤族注意！台北市交通局公共運輸處今天表示，雙北市公車收費模式，將改為上下車皆需刷卡，並分成兩階段實施，第一階段自2019年7月1日開始，屬於鼓勵期。記者張世杰／攝影 分享 facebook 習慣搭乘公車的通勤族注意！台北市交通局公共運輸處今天省錢妙招特賣會表示，雙北市公車收費模式，將改為上下車皆需刷卡，並分成兩階段實施，第一階段自2019年7月1日開始，屬於鼓勵期。記者張世杰／攝影 分享 facebook
